I am a member of the main SEO / Webmaster forums, but looking for somewhere I can buy high quality links - is there a forum for just good link buying.

I know I can post on forums, but I need something a little more.

Buying link is a black hat seo technique. Instead of buying links you can opt for link exchange and link building which are more effective than buying links.
