Links Triangulation

Just changing to a new customised theme on our Local domains (going on for 200 of them) and have space for 1 link in the footer and a few in the side bar.

I don't do straight swops but kind of Link Triangulation.

Anyone have a few good sites ranking with PR that want big QTY of links to other sites they have?

I would prefer a nice niche product/service, or similar not discount codes, vouchers, mobiles, loans etc. to be listed on them and the same back.
