LL domain prices

Any thoughts on the values of LLs and the best time to sell with .uk upcoming?

I have one (iu) and I'm thinking mid-high xxxx (as pair). It's been an fun journey watching their intro, the immediate aftermarket, the DL sales and now the effect of .uk

What do you think?

If it was mine and someone contacted me asking how much, atm I would say £20,000

I like the shorter domains on .uk

I think the short ll.uk's could potentially become the real premiums of the uk market like the ll.com's equivalents are

So I can imagine good things, albeit not based on anything but guesswork.

I'd have no regrets selling at 20k. If I'd have had more funds, I think I'd have picked up the few that sold on DL for 1100-ish... All the changes have extended the time for the market to stablize....

I also have a town .co.uk, (Morecambe) that will be great on the .uk, just wish I had time to further develop... Otherwise really need the market price to be fair...
