Logging into daily.co.uk?

Anyone else having trouble logging in to daily.co.uk? Same issue on two accounts, doesn't recognise the username/email or password. Each time I have to go through the recovery/reset password option to get in, but same thing happens each time. All details 100% right, have tried from another PC, another browser, via the mobile network, all the same.

I've raised a ticket with them, but their response so far has suggested they know nothing of this issue, hmmm!

Sorted it, seems Daily no longer likes certain basic special characters in passwords, so changed them to without and all fine. I've advised Daily of this; will see what they say in reply. There solution so far has been to reset the password to 6 characters long!!!!
