Wanted: Website Looking for a site with good Google rankings for its key terms

Hi all,

I am looking for a website which is:
a) Ranking on the 1st page of Google for its key terms (higher the search volume the better - if its a .co.uk then it should have high local exact search)
b) Not necessarily earning much but that is a bonus
c) I am looking for a bargin

Couple of questions:

What's your budget (I think this is a requirement to post in this section anyway)?
What sort of search volume would you consider high?

Hmm as for the search volume I think 10,000+ would be ideal however if it is slightly lower than that I will consider it.
I did not set a budget because I didn't really know to start with but if I really have to set one i'll say £1,000 for now. The lower the better for the moment.
