Looking for digital PR recommendations

Funnily enough those were some people that we looked at as I had heard good things. Emailed them a couple of times with questions and never got a response.
We also paid and placed an tester order with their sister company (Digital PR Ltd) almost a month ago and absolutely nothing has happened, zero contact and zero response from them. We're having one last ditch attempt to get in touch with them via twitter and then we'll end up having to file a chargeback.
Tbh the poor experience we've had with them is largely the reason I'm asking for recommendations now.

Alex Calinov from Brilliant.Digital seems to be a very decent guy who has been around the block for a long time. Sticks to 1 niche and doesn't jump around every 2nd year. And, the prices should be good. Over the years I have referred a number of people to them and haven't got any bad feedback about that.

I’ve actually worked with a UK digital PR consultant recently, when my site was brand new and barely getting any traffic I wasn’t sure where to start. I ended up working with PR Superstar and it helped me get picked up in a few key outlets that actually drove real visits and mentions. Today I still combine that with targeted social ads, but the early credibility boost made a big difference in search and brand awareness.
