Hi I am looking to add to my website portfolio.

I am interested in sites that have the following:

Established websites that are ranking on the first page of Google for their keywords
Generic domain
.com / .co.uk / .org.uk
Adsense revenue between of £5 – £100 per month
Unique content
Coded in html
Over 500 uniques per month

I am not interested in the sites that have any of the following characteristics:

Under one year old
Wordpress
Brand name in domain
Duplicate content
Forums
Ecommerce
Require regular updating
Domains only

whats your budget? and what are you paying x monthly profit?

Hi Max,

My budget is anywhere from £50 - low £x,xxx

Multiples would start from 12 x monthly reveue (and would double for quality sites).
