Anyone know any good forums for building links to your blog?

I'm looking for things on personal development, business, business education and lifelong learning?

If anyone is kind enough to point me in the right direction I'd be very grateful!

Do forum links really help that much anymore?

I would be tempted to try social stuff first; Facebook, Twitter, Google+, StumbleUpon.
