I have a web site that will be sharing banner images with 3rd party sites

I would like to find out which banner sizes are the most popular. So I will be creating a directory structure with file names that describe the image characteristics.

For example...
http://domain.com/728x90/image1.jpg
http://domain.com/970x90/image1.jpg
http://domain.com/468x60/image1.jpg

Webalizer and AW Stats seem to focus on pages and Analytics doesn't cover image requests. I have raw server log files. Can anyone recommend a suitable web stats package that will allow me to track image usage?
