The only value is the possible 'added value' of a well placed 'adsense' site. In fact, the extension becomes rather unimportant once you've hooked the visitors. If the site ends up better placed than the .co.uk of even .com, then that's the job done!
As for specifically LLL.me.uk values, well there are still loads of LLL.org.uks available, and i'm inclined to think they are a better investment than .me.uks!

Well the example I gave wouldn't sell for less than £10k but that's because of the website and SEO placing - it's got an hyphen as well... it depends what three letters, who the buyers might be etc. some businesses do run off silly extensions just to have what they want.

I have a two character .me.uk - h8.me.uk
Probably worthless but its a fun domain.

I also have a few LLL.me.uk's which use the 'me' part to make a word... ish

Again, not really worth much probably, but when I get some free time I could quite easily use the domains for some fun projects.

I agree that a good relevant .me.uk would probably have a higher click through rate on a google ad campaign. And a good click through rate means you get put higher in the ads and combined with the higher click through rate therefore get more visitors and sales etc etc

their worth what someone will pay for them, those sort of domains are worth about £5 max if that, on their own with no traffic etc.

I think [name].me.uk or [surname].me.uk are the most valueable type. A few sites have made a success out the .me.uk ending e.g. oink.me.uk but not all that many.

I think it's worth is more, as a lets say my names jack stevens
then jackstevens.me.uk would be worth something to me! but to sell I don't think it would be worth anything at all. mmybe just the registration fees for you!
