Have added 11 pages of unique content and done a small amount of link building to bring it up to page 2 for the term 'mens chinos'. It was at position 400+ when I bought.
Stats from the seller show it made £166 revenue between 1/6/11 and 25/01/12 so there is potential there for someone with the time to get it back to page 1.
