So this is the result - a nice clean relivant design and ticks all the boxes from the brief I gave.

Haven't filled it out completely as I'll add content etc over the next month to keep Google interested!

Questions people will be asking now are how much for a similar (not an auction) web site / design?

Maybe need to think of some prices to offer mini sites now people can see a result happen
