mobile unlocking services?

Can anyone recommend a reputable mobile unlocking service?

I need to unlock a Nokia Lumia 520 phone which is currently on O2

I know O2 themselves will do this for a fee but only if the phone is over 12 months old (in this case it isn't).....Seems a plethora of services but not sure how many are scams...

Did look on Ebay, was just a bit worried about how to prove an incorrect/ unworking code had been given in the even of there being an issue.

I have used CellUnlocker.net twice, and it worked both times! On their site, they explain you should record the unlocking attempt on video, just in case you need a refund.
