Money exchange / transfer

I've asked before I think but now need a solution, I need to get money from uk bank to a european bank same day or within 24 hours if possible and from recollection easiest way is through a third party exchange partner, is that correct? if so any recommended from one you have used?

What currency is the account its getting payed into in europe?

I have sterling, euro and romanian lei accounts with BRD (FRENCH in Romania)

Bank in uk is sterling.
