Are their stats reliable? Do they pay on time? Any experiences good or bad?

Whether this is a general experience or not, I tried to contact 5 times... one email 3 months later to say they were very busy and would get back to me shortly... didn't bode well so looked elsewhere.

Plenty of aff deals / cobrands out there for everything they cover... try moneyexpert.com if you want a one stop shop etc. I am sure there are other's too... although becoming a crowded market with likes of Tesco entering market etc.
