I have turned previous low £x,xxx offers for this, but interest has really picked up now since the current media focus has been on greatly on mortgage approval.

If this doesn't reach what I want, I will put it onto the development shelf.

BIN is £5k but willing to listen to sensible offers or maybe swap for some other domain / s ?
