yes could not agree more I was wondering when a mod/admin would catch up with it. I here more good than bad for the company involved!

Anyone can have a bad experience with any company, but swearing like that will not be tolerated here. 1 month ban imposed.

Thanks guys. I did post the full version of events but removing the thread is better.

It does give you an insight into how a select few treat our staff. Sad.

Worth noting that, under UK law, and in certain circumstances, it seems the legal concept of "verbal abuse" can actually apply even if the abuse is delivered in writing. Not suggesting you'd ever want to take such a drastic step, but it might be worth a quick Google around the topic as I don't pretend to have a full command of the complexity of the issue.
