Multi site backup tool?

I have around 20- 30 sites that a client wants regularly backed up. All of the sites are on different hosts and also some have mysql databases attached (open cart sites). Can anyone recommend a multisite backup tool that will assist with the task of regularly backing up all of the sites? He is regularly getting sites being wiped out due to the fact that he uses quite cheap hosting services that don’t do their own backups and doing backups himself for each site takes him too long. Any ideas?

I used to use a Linux utility called sitecopy, this was an ftp based system that copied changed files. You'd need to schedule a cron job to dump the mysql database to file though, however, if the hosts are that cheap, you may find database backups also disabled.
