Hi Ramshaker,
Maybe...I did think about that... but that's the gamble!
In the end I decided to cut and run!
I still don't regret it.

Hi,

I am relativley new to the domain industry and was wondering with a domain that is related to a company or even company name do you contact them directly or did you just wait until someone contacted you.

Reason I ask is that I have a couple of domains that I believe can be benefical to the company but wondering whether to wait for them to contact me or do I just send an email/letter telling them that I have the following domain.

P.S. nice sale

Hi Tommy,
(I'm quite new too!)

When you say benefical...do you mean you got their name or just a name they might want ie: relating to their line of business?

If it's really good, you should wait, in my opinion.
PM me the name if you want.
Others here are far more experienced than me, btw!

I knew when I regged it that Axalto was an big international company.
I knew also they had UK dealings ("Axalto UK" is on the back of my debit card).
Why no one thought of registering the .co.uk extension is beyond me, but then you see this all the time.

It's a bit like building a lovely big house and forgetting to put on the front door!
But I'm a nice guy really, I've contacted them to let me know if they need the TAG changed....I got a thank you reply!

I just put it on Sedo and forgot about it!
Just like my others!
