No. That's Frank Schilling's organisation - he's probably the most famous (and successful) domainer in the world. See for example this 2007 DNJournal cover story (just one of many, many pieces that have covered some of what Frank has been up to): http://www.dnjournal.com/cover/2007/december.htm

I was a little surprised you weren't aware of them Frank's a real gentleman, by all accounts, but an absolutely razor-sharp businessman. His company owns the parking service InternetTraffic.com and the domain sales platform DomainNameSales.com, amongst many other properties.
