Need help with 123-reg

OK, well i have a domain which is expiring, and i need to renew it, but i forgot which account (or if i have it on one of my accounts at 123) the tag says its on 123-reg but when i go to transfer the domain to myself it says succesful and then i dont recieve the domain, so basically its kind of losts when i need to renew, it expires tomorrow.

Give their support team a ring today. I usually get through pretty quickly, they can authenticate you and go from there.

I know its obviuos but its probably the easiest way, i had a similar situation and they sorted it out for me over the phone.

I got one of those funny emails this morning, this one was from Pipex (123-Reg) following their recent takeover. I had to laugh when i read this bit:

..Day-to-day, it is business as usual here. The team behind 123-reg isn't changing and you won't notice any difference to your 123-reg services.

My experience of unanswered questions for days on end means i'll be a tad disappointed with that!
Still, it was so funny that one, best email i've seen in many a year!!
