New mini site for sale,profitable in 1st month

I have a mini site wii-fitness.co.uk that I am thinking of selling.It has only been live for a month and has made £125 in that month from amazon affiliate program and a bit through adsense.
It has had 3,300 uniques and gets quite alot of return visits as well.

Most of the traffic comes from yahoo uk search and from msn uk as well. Search for wii fitness or buy wii fit and the site is in the top 3.

The site needs to be developed ,maybe with a forum and alot more content.
