I set this site up recently in Wordpress.
It aggregates news from regional news websites, so generally maintains itself.
needs some tidying up and could do with some unique content to give it a boost.
Already getting near on a thousand uniques per month. (only been live just over a month)
Needs some seo doing but could do brilliantly on Local news searches.
Once the PR gets to 4 it could make several hundred pounds per month from Featured article providers.
Open to offers starting around £500
