Reason is domain name says a lot and this site can be monetized easily by selling tablets. As such now this website is not earning but this can be changed. I started this site to sell tablets in UK but feel so better to sell it to someone who's in same business.

OK - If I were buying a site based on earnings, the maximum I'd pay is 10x monthly revenue.

Any domain name has potential earnings - the reason I'd buy a site that's going to cost me £x,xxx is because someone else has done the hard work and it's earning high £xx or £xxx per month for a significant amount of time already.

You are right normally 10x monthly revenue is good, I am trying to monetize this site and hoping so revenue over this site keeps on increasing soon. As such now I am only trying to increase revenue but this sale is best for those webmaster who are in similar niche and as they can sell new tablets using this site easily.

You was asking for help on th structure of the site few weeks ago i don't think you should be selling it. Use it to learn the art of attracting readers to it and learn bit of web design.

Maybe in years time if it earns a bit you will be able to sell it but tbh the keywords are super difficult
