Wanted: Domain Appraisal Nice niche, with high end products

Hey guys

Well after I purchased my previous Lighter domain & turned it into a lighter store thanks to FSB
I just purchased LuxuryLighters.co.uk
after I noticed there are lighters going for up to £18'500 !! :shock:

Nice niche, low comp from seo point of view
230 monthly searches
Not a lot, however these are searches specifically for HIGH value lighters for which Amazon pay up to 15% commission
and obviously Amazon is a name everyone feels comfortable buying from so may convert well with a site.

Any idea of potential value for the domain ?

Since it's illegal to post (full) lighters or lighter refills, you may find that significantly affects any potential value

yes understand that, just so you know lighters never come "full"
most are usually 50% or below

Also on the new site wont be selling the fuel, I forgot about the amended RM list a while back so will be editing the other site too. Thanks for reminding me about that

50% full would still be illegal, wouldn't it? The RM list says "empty" which seems pretty clear.

that would be down to the retailer to stick to RM guidelines however

I have received lighters with tiny amounts of gas in just to show they work
fluid lighters ( zippos ) have always been received empty

I had this with Royal Mail recently, they made me put a "Bio Hazard" sticker on the parcel, which were a White Label with a Black Diamond I think. Once I put the bio hazard on it, and paid about 60p extra, they were happy to take it.
