Nice domains, "VR" + interesting and usable keyword, I can not get involved with price, but I would advise you to be patient.

I think that in the next two years we will see the development and booming of virtual reality.

I have 15 VR domains, but they are all .com and I still wait for the right moment.

I'm not on about promoting a manufacturer its a product domain

Loads of companies in the US, even the UK use the Virtual Reality Simulation Domes for many uses.

The problem is that VR Domes are likely to be low volume.

Since you asked for a valuation ... I would say the probability of you being able to sell these is low. That's because any company selling the tech will just use its own brand name, not a generic. That leaves affiliates to sell to, and as there's no exact match domain boost any more, there's no point in buying it, plus it's a very niche product.

So, I would say low probability of making a sale.

That's true however I like how people are focusing on 1 website in particular.

Ignore the website and focus on the products.
The products are REAL, there are TONS of companies selling Simulation domes

Do a google search about the products themselves

I've heard of these products. Consider however the sales process and how your domain might impact it. The short answer is that it doesn't. These are very niche high value products that take a lot of time to sell. Companies will brand on their own unique names. Owning a website called vrdomes.co.uk will not help in their sales process at all. The term is non-distinctive, so it's pointless for them.

No affiliate wants the domain because there's no easy affiliate market there.

You could build a site for AdSense but it's extremely niche.

My appraisal then is that these domains would be extremely hard to make a sale with. Any significant value would also be hard to achieve. After registering domains like this in the early days, I don't any more.

This is just my opinion of course. I'd be happy to be proven wrong, but I think a sale is very unlikely.

Obviously they are not every household items.

The step up from this is making a site so good, e.g. with a lot of product reviews, videos, etc, that you can sell advertising yourself on it. i.e. the VR dome companies will part with hard cash to be on your site. However, how much time is it worth spending on this and could it be worthwhile? That question reflects the marketing decisions that VR dome companies have to make themselves, i.e. it can be a lot of effort with sporadic returns when trying to sell a VR dome.

I could easily achieve a #1 for the search term no doubt about it.
Then focus on reviews etc like you said.
