Wanted: Domain Appraisal nvqlevel2.org.uk & nvqlevel3.org.uk

Hey, I've got these two domains that I intended to develop for AdSense but I haven't done so yet and thought I would see what you thought about them?

nvqlevel2.org.uk
UK Monthly Exacts: 4400
CPC £0.51

nvqlevel3.org.uk
UK Monthly Exacts: 8100
CPC £0.57

I also own nvqlevel1, nqvlevel4, and nvqlevel5, all .org.uk but the above 2 are the best in terms of searches.

I just had a check on the .co.uk versions and see that Edwin has those listed for £995+VAT but assume that's his basic start price for any domain.

Do you think I could sell these (and for how much) or should I go back and develop them?

Not had any feedback on here so guessing I should develop a couple of them and see if I can get something back by doing that. Someone elsewhere mentioned that some NVQ's are being phased out so I'd better do this quick
