[fixed] Odd google backlink

This morning ive been researching a list of sites to offer free hosting to but came up with a problem.... more like an oddity.

My domains 19.99 a year UK quality web hosting was bought about 3 months ago and been pushed on forums with a good outcome.

The problem is my search engine stats
Check Page Rank and Domain Analysis
Link Popularity Tool

Ive had a pagerank of 4 from almost the first week, im also happy how the spread of backlinks is growing.
The problem is that google seems to not know anything about the site backlinks!!!!
When you click on the google link from checkpagerank or iwebtool you find nothing.
(google link:pdhosting.net)

Please spread some light on this
cheers

Google link: command results are only updated approx every 90 days and only ever show a selection of your links.

Using Link: command on Msn or even better linkdomain: command on yahoo are a more accurate indication. ;)

so are you implying checkpagerank & iwebtools have access to link: on google before its public on search pages?
(using google api at a guess)

I did'nt see those links before.

Either using API or viewing different datacenters....

Thank you for the info also didnt know about the 90 day thing with google.
I'll look more into doing research using the api in furture long side the other engines

Google now offer the ability to see loads more backlinks (but through usual link: command)...just check out webmaster tools ;) Check out the new links page when looking at a website you have registered with them...

Thanks for the heads up Murph!

A nice new feature from Google.
