Find it hard to see how they can say that "..or trading under the misleading 'Domain Registry Services' name." is enforceable. If that is
misleading then so is "Domain Registration Services" as used by many
legit registrars. Are you allowed even to call yourself a domain registrar ?.

Mind you having had first hand experience these Judges come from
a different planet to one on which common sense exists so hardly surprises
me

Hi and thanx 4 the article DG it was an interesting read.

Only a £81,000 charge, ok its a lot of money but I wonder just how many poor soles he scammed.

I think he got off lightly, people like that make me mad! :twisted:

Agreed I think what he was doing probably was dodgy but I havent
read the full info so cant really be sure, but the Judge has gone
too far.
