Hi, I Have a bit of spare time next week and was wondering if anyone would like a web site built (Cheap).
Over the last year i have learnt XHTML and CSS and currently learning DOM scripting.
My Web sites are Strict XHTML, Pure CSS, and fully W3 web standards Compliant.... not a table in sight!
I am just entering the freelance market and would like to build up my portfolio, therefore i am offering my services cheap.... saying that i will not work for Chinese rates!
Pm me with any details and if possible your budget, the more info you give me about your requirement's the easier we can fix a price.
