PS: Oh, just noticed it is developed by the looks of it, missed that as posted in domain appraisals.
PPS: Your copy/articles seem to be copied on many other sites. The samples I checked on Copyscape have many matches.

just like i checked acorn domains on copyscape seemed to be copied on many other sites too, the reason being they all use the same vbulettin script
so my site seems to be copied because it uses the same script as other article directory,
