I mean it sincerely. They call a spade-a-spade and absolutely hate wasting time in drawn out negotiations.
In most circumstances if a Yank says it's his final offer - you can normally be sure (with a bit of due-dilligance) It is
Had an enquiry for a .com this week, put the ball back in his court requesting a "best offer" came back straight away and said
"we are domain buyers but to be honest - we're looking for DISTRESSED sellers" and you don't seem to fit that."
I said i can be as distressed as you want... But, I just love their upfront and mostly open attitude
