Thoughts on this one. I could see it being a decent choice for a dating site.

This brings to mind the site AshleyMadison.com, which encourages people to have affairs.

I haven't looked at searches, but imagine they are low. Your domain is a bit on the long side to have serious marketability so I'm having difficulty seeing the big sale.

Rgds

Thanks very much for your appraisal. Yes, the domain itself is a bit like the AshleyMadison idea, though it would 'in theory' be primarily suited to those who have full knowledge that their partner is not commited.

does what it says on the tin......i quite like it, can imagine a nice site on it for men and women looking to meet up with others who do the same.

"let me know when its done....im trying to convince the wife its a good idea"

Is it for sale, I would quite like it?

If anyone is interested, I don't mind selling it on domainlore. Anyone want to place an opening bid there?

Nice domain, definitely has Swinging (NSFW Cheeky plug) written all over it :p

Niche dating sites can work well, so maybe try setting up on a dating white label?

I had been thinking along those lines, only I have just don't have the time. I had intended to do the same with Infatuation, even getting a nice logo etc, but it's not really my area or in retrospect something I want to be involved in, so it didn't go beyond that point.

I think you'll have to add it as a hidden gem,

Oh right. When I bought 3d-games.co.uk , I was asked by the seller to place an 'opening bid' in the buyer panel (under 'Place an opening bid'). Then as soon as he submitted it, it appeared in a live auction.

You do realise you will be charged if it doesnt get any bids....?

You have to have funds in your domainlore account before you can place an auction. Then there is a screen informing you that you will be charged if it doesn't sell... so yes ;).

I've had two private offers above that amount, so if it doesn't actually reach £100 min, I'd rather be charged the ten to be honest :).

Thanks for your help Mat. Yeah, there's certainly an element of finding your way with the domainlore site. It looks like it's building up a strong following though, which is good for all parties!
