Other domainers now a lot more interested in .uk...

So I've noticed over at Namepros an increase in the amount of .UK discussion and plenty of other's taking an interest in it.

So is this good news or not?

Is it correct?

".co.uk has priority over the .uk until October 2014, then it is opened up to .org.uk, .net.uk, .me.uk, .plc.uk and .ltd.uk.
Then that pool has priority until 2019. If no-one takes it after 2019, it's available to the general public."
