Is it correct?

".co.uk has priority over the .uk until October 2014, then it is opened up to .org.uk, .net.uk, .me.uk, .plc.uk and .ltd.uk.
Then that pool has priority until 2019. If no-one takes it after 2019, it's available to the general public."​
