Outdated Info On Confirmation of Registration

I have received confirmation of registration letters from Nominet in respect of some domains which have just had their registration changed to me.

The "Registrant's agent:" field on the letters is populated with significantly outdated information, and is therefore inconsistent with the whois.

Is this a common error on Nominet's part?

Is Nominet aware of the error.
