Parking crew account lockout

I have been using Parking Crew since 2015 without issue until last week when I received an email from their abuse team asking me to verify my identity and to upload images of myself, bank cards, government documents etc. all very sensitive data so I asked if there was another way to do this. I received a NO on my request and another NO to reissue their verification link. At this point my account locked out, payment owing withheld and now they won't communicate with me. Any ideas from members here on how to move this forward?

Yes.. bin them and use us at Domain Manage - we would never impose such a check
