The op has visited this page a couple of days ago at 12.47 pm and not answered.

They have however been busy changing links and redirecting numerous things.

Nothing personal op but you can't advertise for these amounts and things be so grey.

8k per month and no maintenance required and you want to sell it?

I hope your reserve is very large and that you get it, because I can see a fat cash cow here and if I was in your position I would be happy to sit on it.
