I have never heard of this type of lending before but looks interesting if you are in that niche, I am sure you do not need me to tell you that there are some potentially decent ftr available if you are going to develop a portfolio of p2p.

It has been around for about 10 years I think but it never really took off. There could be some great money in it especially with banks paying out so little interest to savers but alas the fraud in this sector is through the roof. The idea is good but the infrastructure isn't there yet, I can't answer why unfortunately.

Not a lot at the moment, I bet there's hardly any search traffic. People will search for different terms.

P2P lender Quackle recently went bust as they did not credit check borrowers properly. Zopa Loans is doing a better job.
