Nominet PGP Desktop 9.8

My PGP 8.1 licence is coming up for renewal and I notice that Nom now supports PGP 9.8, and so I'm going to go for the 9.8 upgrade unless there are any 'issues' with it in communicating successfully with the automaton.

Would it be good to go for 9.8, and are there any problems lurking in dark corners waiting to jump out at me?
