phone number > address lookup tool

Hi,

can anyone help me with knowledge of a tool where you can type in a phone number and it brings up owner details of the person who owns that number. Not sure if this exists.

Not possible afaik. If it's something like an 08xx or 09xx number, you can find out which company owns it via the ICSTIS site I believe

Not possible for non-commercial numbers, but this may change with the ENUM system and how that's implemented. We've yet to see how it pans out.

days are long gone

I remember probably about 10 years ago, reverse phone lookup and other phone number databases were rampant on the internet. 10 years of spam later, even the most simple of searches only ends you up at a paid database membership site. I guess leads are leads.
