I have seen a program called falseflesh http://www.falseflesh.com/ which turns a photo naked, was going to try get something like this integrated into a website .

Depending on where you regged it, you may be able to 'refund' it under the grace delete time period...
It varies registrar to registrar, so ask your registrar support for a refund.
For what your looking to do with-it. I don't think it's too bad a fit. If your going to write your own software it fits quite nice. It just has No value as a stand alone domain or resale value
