Wanted: Service Please secure my server

Hi everyone. Really quick job for someone who knows better than me. Couple of paypal beer tokens in it for you and a big thank you.

I have a VPS with 1and1, performs great and I'm impressed with price and support (having had issues with 1and1 in the past) but I'd like someone to just double check its secure for me and if not to close the gates a little more.
