I would think if you develop the name and can make some income back, then go for it - as a domain name only for me personally, I wouldn't say it's worth more than £30-£50, max, maybe less, sorry. Doesn't look like the .co.uk is in use, so you could 'muscle' in perhaps?

However, horses for courses as always - good luck with it anyway.
