Plug in Blog Script

I'm after a simple plugin blog script for one of my sites. Needs to be .php, unskinned (no styles, templates and header/footers to mess around with). Don't want to use WP.

I'd just like to call it in into existing .php template files via includes, etc.

Looked at various options (paid/free), nothing to suit yet. Does anyone have any recommendations please?
