Wanted: Website Plumbing & Heating Sites with traffic (Geo)

Hi,

I'm looking for aged plumbing and heating websites that have SE traffic. Geo specific to a 30ish mile radius of Birmingham Airport.

If you have anything please let me know the traffic & leads it gets and a price.

Would prefer one higher traffic site but will look at all options as long as it has solid traffic for specific keywords.
