Recently developed website - www.PokerPractice.co.uk

Site has unique content, plus a page of affiliate links (still updating this page, although that's with my own affiliation links - any buyer would obviously add their own).

The site has only been running for under a month yet it is already ranked 2nd on Page 1 in Google for the term 'poker practice'.

Good opportunity, especially if buyer adds a poker game/software to the site.

Why the "Are you 18?" on entry? It's not needed and you are stopping Google indexing the content. Can that be removed?

It can be removed with the minimum of effort via the sites CMS, that was only put there because I wanted it there.
