Wanted: Domain Appraisal PokerGames.org.uk

Bought the name earlier this year for £150.

The term "poker games" gets a steady 27,000 UK exacts all year round, but I get the impression that ranking a poker website is next to impossible these days, so I'm not sure it's even worth developing.

Thoughts on the value of the domain name, plus as a developed site much appreciated.

Its a .org.uk so has no real brandable value, and you've said that ranking a poker site is next to impossible, which is the only reason I buy .org.uk domains (for developing)...I dont know how difficult it would be to rank (not an area I've looked into), but based on your statement I would say you'll be making a loss on it...

I hear what Shane is saying, but I really like this name. Looking at past sales it must be worth more than what you paid, even on an org.uk.

It is hard to rank poker domains but not imposible and there are good profits to be had once done. If your looking to sell I'd develop a site on the domain and maybe get a forum going an active site will be more valuable then you could ask low - mid xxxx
