I have an enormous porfolio and looking to raise some cash so taking offers on domain names. My domains are under my name and company if u wanna do a search. PM is you like

Who knows the depth of my pockets? Do you? And besides, it's no use having deep pockets if you've only got short arms.

Since the start of this year I've spent high four figures on domains...I don't know what you mean by a PRSS search but I can assure you, my money is as good as anyone elses.

FYI. PRSS is not accessible to entities outside the UK/EU region. Happy to pay for it, but Nominet won't allow it. Some nonsense about privacy terms written for UK/EU only.

Brewsters I didn't mean it as a slight against you, I just stating the likely reason for him not posting the list but specifying you can find them via his name / biz name.

I personally see no point in having PRSS for what I do and suspect many like yourself, foz, liza and many more will see no point in it either.

Alot of lists sent. So this is my view:-

My business interests are mortgages and insurance. With the insurances names the main generics are highly unlikely to be sold to a domainer. I would however consider development or 10% broker sell to high net worth legitimate insurance business. I also have a slight desire to run a holiday business so those names may have a slight premium but I have sold some so clearly not so much of a premium!! I am open minded to making money...........

10% brokerage to end user deal might suit a domainer who wants to put sometime in and work with me to make a good income....... maybe a domainer who isnt so lucky to have been in the game 10 years but has a keen desire to make some good money........ send ur CV ...lol

Why not set up a uk company for about £50, a simple uk hosting account paid by the company and then get the company to subscribe to PRSS? The data would then be accessed by a UK entity in the UK. After all, there are many uk companies operating within the uk owned by foreigners who live abroad.

Maybe. I would also require a VPN with a UK IP, as they monitor IP addresses.

Just seems bloody stupid in the first place to limit access.

Update...

I am glad to see that domainers have come along way since the last time i was on here... very realistic and sensible but of course I have still had a few attempts on my big names vaninsurance.co.uk motorbikeinsurance.co.uk etc...

So I have some amazing names and some very good names. Some of the first names arent so great so dont give up after reading thru 200 names.... if u didnt see vaninsurance.co.uk or motorbikeinsurance.co.uk on the lsit then clearly u havent taken enough time to fully appreciate the list ....... 1000's takes along time to absorb !!!

I will give first update on sold names tomorrow...

Glad to also see I have a great contact with good idea on selling to end users so exciting about pursuing this .......

I have decided to keep the sold list off acorn for a few more days to give those who are offering fair prices to snap up what they want before I show those that haven't offered how fair my prices were/are !!!
