Caught it recently.

It's a former government owned site on the topic of student finance.

Pagerank: 7

Open site explorer page authority: 54

It's mostly got links from .gov sites, ac.uk. Also some links from bbc, all very high authority basically.

Top of OSE looks like this: http://i47.tinypic.com/33youx5.png

Top of spyglass looks like: http://i47.tinypic.com/2yuys9h.png

And some of the gov links: http://i46.tinypic.com/2lv1opf.png

Has no site on it at the moment, just a holding page so it would show It's PR.

Assume no traffic.

If you want to know the domain name please let me know on the thread or PM me and I will send it over. Or you can email me: murray at murraydomains co uk

Looking for a very minimum offers starting at £1500.

I'm not overly keen to have to set up another new site so I would prefer to sell, but If I don't receive any solid offers I will develop it because obviously the earning potential is very good.

Thanks

ps. Please only ask for more information if you have a serious interest.
