Pre-payment / Virtual Credit Cards

Sure this has been discussed before, but can't find it. Anyone regularly use pre-payment (throw away) or virtual credit cards; any recommendations?

And no, this isn't a means of doing anything illegal, or trying to hide debt, just need to separate out some merchant transactions.

I use them, and my youngest 2 have them as well (under 10).

I have one that has a fiver on it, that I use for online verification services. I use alot of online live auction sites, and you need a card to register for each auction. Rather than enter my main one, the one with a fiver on is approved each time. I then pay cash on collection

Kids have GoHenry cards. Imagine the looks they get using them in shops

I use CashPlus business as you can also take bank transfers into that one.

I also have an old Orange cash one, and another one I got from BT. But find Cash Plus the best, even with fees and high costs of calling support.

Check our revolut, awesome. Also gives market rate currency exchange when you use it abroad.

Got my sister a pockit card to use she just tops it up in the newsagent fees seem pretty reasonable
its worked most places only time she ever had trouble was ordering a dominos pizza
